Our current investments range from unmanned aircrafts, to new materials, lasers, big data, AI and 3D technologies. We have been operating in private mode since 2011, catering to a number of family offices and HNWIs.

        Our investment and corporate finance advisory practices focus on helping companies with the best-in-class technologies from Europe and US find the best growth strategy, raise further financing and/or provide liquidity for the shareholders. We work primarily with deep-tech businesses in the information-technology and industrial-technology sectors and partner with teams to accelerate growth, enter new markets, identify and execute expansion strategies based on acquisitions.

        Starting in 2015, we have been actively working with Chinese corporations and VCs on a number of transactions.
